How to Create an Email Account from Your Client Area
Learn how to log in to your client area, access cPanel, and create a new email account for your domain.
Follow the steps below to create a new email account for your website domain through your hosting service.
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area
Visit your client area here:
http://datarelated.solutions/client/
Enter your login details and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Open Your Hosting Service
After logging in:
- Click Services
- Click My Services
- Select the hosting package for the domain you want to manage

Step 3: Log in to cPanel
Inside your hosting service details page, click the Login to cPanel button or link.
This will open your cPanel dashboard where you can manage your website and email accounts.

Step 4: Open Email Accounts
Once you are inside cPanel:
- Locate the Email section
- Click Email Accounts

Step 5: Create the Email Account
On the Email Accounts page:
- Click Create
- Select the correct domain if more than one domain is listed
- Enter the name you want for your email address, such as info or sales
- Create a strong password, or use the password generator
- Set the storage space if needed, or leave the default setting
- Click Create to finish
Your new email address will look similar to:
info@yourdomain.com

Step 6: Access Your Email
After creating your email account, you can check your messages using webmail.
Webmail Access
Go to:
http://yourdomain.com/webmail
Log in with:
- Your full email address
- Your email password
Then choose your preferred webmail application, such as Roundcube.

Email App Settings
If you want to use your email with Outlook, Apple Mail, Android, iPhone, or another email app, use the following settings:
- Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- IMAP Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
- Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- SMTP Port: 465
- Security: SSL/TLS
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your email password

- Click Login to cPanel
